Our Story

Made with intention.

We started SAFI because we believed beautiful event decor shouldn’t require a massive budget or a full production team. With the right pieces — a stunning arch, perfectly placed letters — any venue becomes something people remember.

Based in the Bay Area, we handle everything ourselves: design, delivery, setup, and takedown. You don’t lift a finger. We take care of the backdrop so you can be present for the moments that matter.

We also work with clients outside the Bay Area — just reach out and we’ll work out the details together.

While we are based in the Bay Area, we do install and deliver in other cities and regions. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional fee. Please inquire with your event location and we will provide a custom quote.
All of our marquee letters stand at 6 feet tall — a full, bold statement piece for any event. We carry the complete alphabet as well as numbers, available individually or as a full word or name arrangement.
Standard rentals are reserved for the day of your event. For custom projects or installations requiring travel outside the Bay Area, we extend the rental window to approximately three days to allow for travel, setup, and return logistics. Exact terms are confirmed at booking.
Absolutely. We welcome custom builds — unique structures, bespoke color palettes, and one-of-a-kind installations. All custom projects require a minimum of two weeks lead time as everything is made to order. Reach out with your vision and we’ll walk through the details with you.
We recommend booking at least three weeks in advance for standard rentals, and four to six weeks for weekend dates and peak season. Custom projects require a minimum of four weeks from design confirmation. Earlier is always better to secure your date.
Yes. Silk floral arrangements are included with all arch rentals. If you have a specific color palette or style in mind, let us know at inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes — delivery, setup, and takedown are all handled by us. You do not need to coordinate moving or assembling anything. We arrive ahead of your event to install and return afterward to break everything down.
A deposit is required to secure your date. We accept payment via major credit cards and digital payment platforms. Full balance is due prior to the event. Cancellation terms are outlined clearly in your agreement at the time of booking.
