We personally call your loved one before matching them with a caller. Warm, unhurried. We explain that someone from the Safi team will be calling regularly — just to talk.

Masked numbers, both directions
All calls go through our secure business platform. Your loved one never has the caller’s personal number, and the caller never has theirs. Off-platform contact is immediate grounds for dismissal.
Every call recorded and reviewed
With your loved one’s consent, all calls are recorded and transcribed. Calls are screened regularly to ensure the safety of our clients — and any concern is escalated to you directly.
Background-checked before day one
Every caller passes a national criminal background check before their first call. They sign a detailed conduct agreement. They can only see your loved one’s first name — no address, no financial information, nothing else.
Monthly quality scoring
Every caller is evaluated against a 10-point quality standard each month. Falling below it twice means removal. You never see this process — you just experience a consistent, high-quality relationship.
Written Caller Continuity Guarantee
If your caller ever leaves Safi, your loved one is personally introduced to a new caller within 48 hours — with both callers on a transition call before the handoff is complete.
Zero access to personal information
Callers can only see your loved one’s first name. No last name, no address, no financial information. If a caller ever solicits money or personal contact, they are removed immediately.
